Leaping Fox; one of seven pieces in the limited Leaping Series. The needle felted red fox is made from a custom blend of 100% wool and is built over a wire armature. It is suspended by a copper wire from underneath that is fixed to a base of fragrant live-edge red cedar. The whiskers are horsehair. The piece measures 5.5 inches tall at the ear tip, including the base. the base is 3.5 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Signed on underside of base.
