This sweet needle felted rabbit is the color of a perfectly toasted marshmallow. Built over a wire armature, it has a solid wool core and a top coat, or fur, made from a custom blend of silk, alpaca, corriedale, and merino wool. The top coat was applied with a shingle technique where hundreds of small tufts of fiber are needle felted to the core in an offset array and sculpted with scissors and felting needles resulting in a natural looking fur. The eyes are wool and whiskers are horsehair. Initialed under the tail. Measures 8 inches tall at the ear tips and 8 inches long from nose to tail tip.
