This needle felted toad rests on a hand carved wood mushroom made by a maker in Lynn, Massachusetts. The needle felted toad is permanently secured to the mushroom. The toad is built over a wire armature and has a solid wool core. The eyes are wool. The toes are wire wrapped with wool and secured with beeswax. The mushroom is 3.5 inches wide. Overall height: 6 inches. Signed by Heather and wood carver.
