This needle felted pale yellow chick is paired with one needlefelted blue egg and is perfect for your spring decor.

The chick is built over a wire armature and has a solid wool core. The top coat is a custom blend of fibers including cotswold, silk, and merino. The fibers were applied with a shingle technique and trimmed with scissors to sculpt. The technique enhances the soft, downy look of feathers. The eyes and beak are wool. The feet are wire wrapped with silk and fixed with beeswax. The chick measures 3.75 inches tall.
